ASCD Empowerment 17 Conference

Oh my...packed house at 8:00am on a Sunday morning at ASCD's Empower17 conference in Anaheim! Absolutely loved co-facilitating the session The Principal Influence: Developing Leadership Capacity in Principals with co-authors Dr. Deborah Childs-Bowen & Dr. Phyllis Pajardo. The room was rocking as we all learned together, listened to each other and of course enjoyed lots of laughter. Hey, I just noticed that my dress matches the colors of our book cover...not planned I promise!
